Who is Greer?
Greer is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and health coach with a Masters degree in Nutrition from Boston University. She is a former collegiate 400m hurdler. She has traveled to some of the worlds blue zones such as Nicoya Costa Rica and Sardinia Italy which are regions of the world where people live significantly longer and healthier lives. She incorporates her experiences, formal education, athletics, and global wisdom directly into her coaching.
This isn't just fitness advice. It's a complete approach to how you eat, move, and live.

Greer has personally visited multiple Blue Zones. She’s studied their habits, their food, and their mindset firsthand, and weaves those principles into every client’s plan.
